10.5m Custom Open Beachlander

Design & Naval Architecture

Working in collaboration with the client team and shipyard, this 10.5m 'Crossover' concept was designed for use as a high-quality and versatile custom open tender for a 100m+ superyacht.

The project successfully incorporates a robust hydraulic bow ramp for simplified beach-landing in different environments, gyro-stabilser, plus lowering carbon fibre T-Top and folding helm windscreen for mothership tender garage storage.

The spacious deck layout includes an aft sunpad with utility storage underneath, 'VIP' seating capacity for 4 guests around a central shaded cockpit, sheltered driving position for 2 crew members, plus bow seating for 6 to 8 guests.

"I just got back to the dock from an exciting seatrial. All I can say is that the boat is awesome and unbelievable. 35 knots with about 6 people on board, dry (not a drop of water on the boat in a small chop and building swell), runs like it is on rails and handles beautifully. Strong out of the hole, continues to accelerate with trimming the drives up after it’s on the plane. Putting the boat hard down it comes around nicely and no sense of instability. The boat feels strong and solid, puts a smile on your face."
