Charles has nearly 30 years' experience across the superyacht and specialist marine sector, including 13 years at Burgess working across yacht sales, acquisitions and new-build projects.

His subsequent work has spanned owner advisory, marine technology, product and business development, commercial strategy and complex specialist-vessel projects.

He is most useful where something new needs to be understood, shaped and moved forward, whether a project, product, opportunity or business direction. His role is to challenge assumptions, connect the right people and turn early-stage ambiguity into a practical path to execution.
